Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. US delivery takes 2–4 business days; international 5–10. Free shipping on all orders over $120, and you'll get tracking the moment it leaves our studio.
Unworn hair in its original, uncut condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been cut, coloured or worn aren't eligible. Start a return from your account or email us and we'll guide you through it.
Wash every 7–10 wears with a sulphate-free shampoo, condition mid-length to ends, and air-dry where possible. Store on a wig stand and wrap at night. Every order includes our full Hair Care Guide, and our stylists are a message away.
Yes — our colour studio offers custom tones, highlights and root work on most textures. Choose "Product & styling advice" in the form above with your desired look and we'll put together a quote and timeline.
